Terms of Service

1. Account types and subscription

HumanWealthDesign offers two HD Coach subscription tiers:

• HD Coach Starter — $9.99/month or $99/year. Chart storage, client database, coach dashboard, affiliate slug.
• HD Coach Pro — $19.99/month or $199/year. Everything in Starter plus full access to all 64 gate videos and a one-time 25-Insight welcome credit for the Revan AI chat tool.

Consumer products (Complete Blueprint, Couples Blueprint, Business Partners Blueprint, Insight packs, gate-video purchases) are sold as one-time charges and are not part of the recurring subscription.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through the period you've already paid for. After cancellation, your affiliate slug remains active and continues to earn commissions on future referrals. 3. Refunds

Subscriptions are refundable within 7 days of the initial purchase if you haven't used substantial features (gate videos, Insights, etc.). After 7 days, charges are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. One-time consumer purchases (blueprints, Insight packs, gate unlocks) are non-refundable once the AI generation has begun or the content has been accessed.

4. Intellectual property

HumanWealthDesign, the chart engine, the Aligned Wealth framework, the gate library content (videos and writeups), Revan AI persona, and all course materials are the property of HumanWealthDesign and its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them in the course of coaching your own clients. You may not redistribute or resell the gate content, the AI chat outputs as a standalone product, or the course materials.

5. Affiliate program

Every HD Coach subscriber is automatically issued an affiliate slug. Commissions:

• Tier 1: 40% on every direct sale attributed to your slug.
• Tier 2: 10% override on sales by sub-affiliates you referred (rolls out Phase 4).

Self-attribution (buying via your own link) is blocked server-side and does not earn commission. Payouts run monthly with a 30-day approval hold to allow refund clawbacks. See Stripe Connect or PayPal for payment method options.

6. Permitted use

You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to (a) attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the AI prompts, (b) scrape or bulk-download content, (c) misuse the chart engine for non-coaching purposes that violate other parties' privacy, or (d) impersonate other coaches or affiliates.

7. Liability cap

To the extent permitted by law, HWD's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid HWD in the 12 months preceding the claim. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted.

8. Coaching advice disclaimer

HumanWealthDesign provides tools and educational frameworks. It does not provide licensed financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for any advice you give to your clients.

9. Updates

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to your account. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance.
